Here's my girl with the blinders on. She kinda freaked out. But she will get used to it. A month ago I couldn't even get her halter on and off. Now she puts her head right on the gate to get haltered up in the mornings. I love all my donkeys so much! Each one is so special!

cart!

So yesterday Daryl & I bought a mini (donkey ) cart!!! Also got a harness too. Really nice harness, black leather with studs. Never expected to have one this nice, but if I could have picked it this is what I would have gotton! So now we are going to start getting Jillian ready! She will be wearing the blinders everyday and be clipped to the tree. I have everything I need. Just have to train my ass!

mini cart riding!

Had a blast when my friends husband Steve & Mr. Pete showed up at the park during my morning walk with Nicole! We drove the mini all around the track at the park. Was a blast! Now I just need a cart and a willing donkey!!!!!

My Jenny gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday afternoon! I was so scared!!! We had given up on Jenny having a baby like 8 months ago. I am so lucky to have so many friends that came out to help. Everything went well. Julia is our new baby & we love her a so much! I have been spending so much time outside that I haven't posted on here about it!!! Here come the pics!

New ass eating. She is doing well. None of her orange washed off in the rain last night. I hope to brush her soon. Jillian (new asses name) has some diarrhea too. :( Had to completely take her off the sweet feed. Straight hay till poops are back to normal. Will post more pics soon.

Our duck hen made a nest. We were worried cause we couldn't find her. She is under our carport ramp with a pretty nest. She is not even a year old yet. I am so nervous & excited!!!

So our duck Bill was cold this morning. I say he was froze. Poor Bill was covered in ice, but I was more upset about it than him. Under his wings he was warm and dry. Ducks are tough critters!!! I wouldn't swim and freeze myself! Silly Bill!

We got down in the 20s last night. Hard freeze everywhere. Duck pond froze, but not solid. Yikes....winter is not my time of year!
